Great location in the middle of Banaue. Hot water in the shower. Nice balcony. Lobby with armchairs and hot water for beverages. Very good WiFi.

There were several insects around: ants in the lobby and in the room, wasp nests (although empty) in the balcony, and others. Bad smell in the bathroom from the drain, likely a dead rat or some other animal somewhere along the pipes.

Its closer to the market, staff are nice.

The contact number is not updated cannot be reached at all the address pinned to the map/direction is not accurate, its better to say beside police station. Its very noisy outside, the shower needs to replace, one of our rooms door can’t be lock and the flushing toilet is broken.
