Everything.. Whole area shut down. No shops cafes restaurants...nothing

Stay here was wonderful This is a delightful place with incredibly responsive and welcoming hosts. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated in a modern style with every comfort you could need. The location is good - just a quick 3-minute walk to the sea. Even though it’s outside the city, everything is conveniently close: shops, cafés, and also there is a bus stop right next to the property that makes getting to the Batumi center easy and fast.

Близко к морю. Номера очень удобные, чистые, с хорошим ремонтом, с наличием необходимых для проживания средств и техники. Хозяева помогают со всеми вопросами и обеспечивают приятный отдых. Отличный вариант для семей. В шаговой доступности кофе и рестораны с приемлимыми ценами. Во дворе достаточно места для парковки.

Понравилось расположение, было очень близко к морю! Было тихо и из окна можно было увидеть море, встречать и провожать рассветы было одно удовольствие!

Beach and sea fifty meters away, nature and silence.

Out of season all stores and cafes are closed within a radius of five kilometers, but it is quiet and there is no loud music, so for some it is even a plus.

Great place to stay. The property is very new, it is clean and has all the essentials. The host was very welcoming and helpful, and advised about local places to see. The location is perfect: 30 m from the beach, close to Gonio which gives you more options in terms of food, grocery stores and access to hiking.

The property is so new that Google Maps and taxi service Bolt don't see it (as of June 2024). This was confusing. By the end of my trip, I figured out to use the street #101 to get the correct price when ordering a taxi from Batumi.
