Good position in the city centre. Friendly host, TV, little kitchen. In a nice yard close to a kindergarten.

It was a little humid and it was difficult to refresh the air opening windows

"Homestay with well equipped small room in a beautiful courtyard"

Guesthouse or maybe better homestay located in a beautiful Batumi courtyard. Walking distance to the Promenade and Old Town with many shops and restaurants nearby. Small but well equipped room with a big comfortable bed, fridge,water cettle, clean bathroom with hot water shower.

No sign anywhere outside or at the guesthouse which makes it difficult to find the place on arrival. No English spoken which made communication a little bit difficult. No privacy because people sitting just in front of my window early morning and late at night. Can be noisy some time.
