La limpieza y recibimiento muy buena.

No fue acertada la ayuda, para poder acceder a lugares turísticos. Por un lugar nos ofertaron llevar por el valor de $20 .. cuando en el terminal una camioneta nos cobró de ida por las 4 personas a $7 y el regreso en chiva $1 por cada uno Esta algo alejado del centro

"Alojamiento insuperable para visitar Baños"

El personal, especialmente Lucía, es excelente. Nos informó de actividades que hacer en Baños, me orientó para mejorar mi diarrea y me ajustó el desayuno a mi problema, haciéndome un jugo con la fruta que ella me sugirió y unas aguas aromáticas con hierbas naturales que ella tenía. La ubicación está cerca de todas las actividades que Baños ofrece. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una superior por iniciativa de ellos.
