Great central location, a lot of restaurants near. Clean and soft bed sheets, clean towels

a small renovation during my staying, so sometimes I feel a smell of paint

the staff was very polite and hospitable, I am grateful for that and would love to stay here again

The place is really clean and looks like on photos. The stuff is very friendly.

This place doesn’t suit people with sleep problem, because the noise from the street and noise inside hotel would bother you a lot. Also there is no breakfast and you can’t pay by card.

For the price tag honestly there's nothing to complain. You probably should pay just a little bit more for the rooms with balcony and not choose the economic rooms. We were in the terrace and everything was perfect

the cleaning, it was so neat , everyday they care about cleaning , changing towels, putting soap shampoo , warm and hot water because in Batumi sometimes water is problem but in this hotel it’s super good , and safety is perfect

Fantastic place. The room is perfectly clean and has everything you need. All js new and fresh. The place is the best in the city, in the heart of old Batumi. And what makes this place really special is its owners! they are the warmest and nicest people. They helped me a lot during my stay. I totally recommend this hotel if you want friendly caring atmosphere, comfort and great historical location!!!
