El balcón y las vistas. La ubicación inimejorable. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables cuando nos recibieron y nos dieron mucha información.

La estancia estaba poco equipada y con poco menaje. No funcionaba el hervidor de agua ni había sarten o tostadora para poder hacer tostadas. A ratos la calle podía ser ruidosa.

Очень внимательные хозяева, встретили радушно, разрешили выехать позднее. Постельное и полотенца белоснежные, свежие, душ чистый, рабочий кондиционер, кухня есть- но мы не пользовались, в номере красивый камин добавляет атмосферы Самое главное это месторасположение, лучше просто быть не может, а вид из окон и балкона - нет слов какая красота, из номера можно не выходить, все самое красивое перед глазами

This is a gem in the old town at the Europe Square! The hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious and is a comfortable alternative to hotels. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the beach, iconic sightseeing spots and amazing restaurants nearby. I'd highly recommend this apartment and come back next time if I'd have the chance to visit Batumi again!

Very nice location, it's in the middle of the Europe Square, but there's no noise The family are lovely and polite I guaranteed you that you will enjoy stay here And the view was fantastic

Супер-локация, в самом центре старого батуми, на площади европы, с уютным балконом с видом на площадь. Очень милые и любезные хозяева, помогли с парковкой прямо у дома (в старом батуми с парковкой беда)

Сама комната довольно обычная, без изюминки )

I would like to thank KHATIA for being kind and helpful during my stay. I really enjoyed my time at the apartment the view was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect, very close to the Boulevard and other important spots. There are many services available in the European Square, like restaurants, grocery stores, and ATMs, which made everything very convenient for me. The apartment is well-equipped with an iron, a mini kitchen with an oven and kettle, air conditioning, and a TV … The only thing I hope to see improved is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you!
