"Nice guesthouse in the Heart of Batumi"

Clean, big room in a great location. The family who runs the guesthouse was super friendly, even gave us a few pieces of homemade Khachapuri. The shared bathroom was clean and we ended up having it to ourselves. It was a little hard to find because of the construction, but the host sent us pictures and it all worked out. Would return next time I’m in Batumi

The owners are inteligent, kind, polite and friendly.They take care of every single detail related to guest's comfort. Location is great! It's a city center - 100 metres distance from Piazza Batumi and Saint Nicholas Orthodox Church. Guesthouse is in a really cosy and quiet place! Nearby are many souvenir shops, coffee houses, cafes and restaurants. Highly reccomended!

Очень классный гостевой дом Мы жили на мансардном этаже. 2 балкона и 1 окно Один с кухней. Другой французский. В комнате ночью не жарко без кондиционера Днем включали кондиционер Все что необходимо есть: Душ, туалет, полотенца, чайник, плита, посуда Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности Ночью было тихо!
