Assolutamente nulla.

1) if one of the beds is the sofa bed, I expect this to be USABLE. Decent, not a toilet like the one I found. Dirty even of biological traces of some previous guest, disgusting! I was super annoyed to think of sleeping there. A total crap, broken and impossible to use as a bed. 2) the accommodation cannot be as DIRTY as this one was. You can't have to disinfect the bathroom before using it and wash all the dishes before cooking! I’m on vacation, I pay for this service. 3) upon arrival we contacted the host to inform him that we had arrived, we NEVER received a response. Thank you! 4) general level of HYGIENE = 0, I would be ashamed to ask for all this money not to give even a decent house. 5) other guests staying in the apartment above our they got home around one in the night they turned on the music and made a mess until 3:30 am..at that time my partner was knocking on their door. Of course, unless, the host was among them...it doesn’t really depend on him but on the people who are uncivilized. However in the face of the other hardships experienced in this apartment, the episode has increased our desire to NEVER RETURN TO THIS ACCOMMODATION.

The location is very convenient to center. Loved the traditional style of the building and the private deck outside

Location was great. Easy access to Bergen city. Informasjon pre-checkin was informative and easy to follow.

The property in reality did not really match up to the description or the photos. The outside area was dirty and unkept. There did not appear to be any obvious escape route in the event of fire. No bottle opener or corkscrew for wine opening, one roll of toilet paper for 4 guests 2 nights. Duvets and pillows needed a good wash. Toilet seat was wobbly. On the whole the property was badly taken care of. I would not recomend it to anyone in it’s present state.

The location was great, there is also a small garden. The kitchen was well equipted.

Especially kitchen and bathroom where unclean. The Wifi did not work. They only had one roll of Toilet paper.

The location was really good, but that is the only thing that was good. There is no point of having a perfect location when the conditions are horrible.

The conditions of the apartment are absolutely unacceptable. The door of one room was broken and almost imposible to close. A chair was broken and we were 5, so one of us always needed to eat in the sofa and without a table. The drains in the bathroom were clogged, both sink and shower. Is completely unacceptable that they charge you 400 NOK for cleaning when the whole apartment is a mess. The dishwasher was full of dirty things, the sofa had a lot of stains (including the mattress that was on top of the sofa), the chairs also had stains, even the furniture in the kitchen and the wall! We found several cotton swabs on the floor and on the furniture of the living room, and also an old package of food. We went to the terrace once but after seeing that has never been clean we decided to forget it existed.
