Het ontvangst. Man en vrouw die enkel de Spaanse taal machtig zijn. Zelf uitgezocht dat er een tablet stond om in te checken en betaling door te voeren. De warmte, geen airco aanwezig. De raam kan niet in kiepstand geopend worden. Veel te dunne matras, waar je de afdrukken van de vering door voelt. 1 groot hoofdkussen voor 2 personen, niet handig wanneer iemand de koelte van de andere kant wil nemen.

No pudimos entrar al apartamento. Tenía entrada inteligente y al pedir el código de entrada nos pedían volver a pagar. No nos cogieron el teléfono y finalmente no pudimos entrar. Al llamar a booking nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reserva registrada

Very small bedroom. Small bed. And tiny bathroom. Very noisy. On top of that it was very difficult to do the check in . I had to wait like 40 minutes outside with an 1 old baby because it was so complicated to to the check in

Отель расположен в отдельном крыле жилого дома, но инструкций по заселению не предоставили, из-за чего вход нашёлся не сразу. Очень сбивает с толку разница в названиях: на сайте отель забронирован как «Roquefer Bilbai by gaiarooms», а на звонке у входной двери написано «PENSION ROQUEFER». Из-за этого легко пройти мимо. Информацию на сайтах и координацию гостей нужно дорабатывать.

No hay recepción presencial, tienes que llamar para que te den una llave virtual y te contesta una IA. No tiene aire acondicionado, hay mucho ruido y la almohada era muy incomoda.
