The cleaner was so helpful! She washed and pressed our clothes and was so sweet. The location is excellent as well,- in the centre of Bitola but one street back from the main drag so it's quiet.

The owner seemed nice when we checked in but we never saw him again so couldnt raise any issues with him. The room was in poor condition. It was dirty, not the sheets, but the floor had dead bugs on it, and there were 2 cobwebs. Many of the fittings were broken and not fixed. The fridge didn't work. The curtains let all the sun through. Worse was the smell from the bathroom. Every afternoon / evening it would smell of sewage from the drains. It was so bad we could barely be in there to wash and felt ill washing our teeth. I understand it was a low price, but when we have travelled to other places we have had budget accommodation that was clean and tidy.

Clean room, good location: it is beside the Greek consulate, and a few steps through a back alley, you get to the pedastrian shopping street.

Nice landlord and everything was nioce, even a park area in front of the building.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was very helpful (they even kept a parking spot close to the entrance just for us!). Our room was clean, towels and toiletries were provided. Position was ideal, in the center of Bitola, close to shops and other services.
