Omorich Bali Guest House

Cozy feeling. Had a central pantry outside. Pool area is great for soaking anytime.

Roads to the omurich was full of portholes. Pretty tough for a car or even a bike. You will need to go out of the property to enjoy views of padi fields.

The landscaping around the pool area is really beautiful and the rooms were nice enough.

We had a number of issues with this property. First, it is far out from everything. There was nothing really within walking distance. Next, most of the other people staying there seemed to be long-termers and no one was friendly at all. The whole time, we felt like we were tiptoeing around someone else's house. Using the pool or common areas were super awkward as the other people would just stare at you like you didn't belong there. The other issues we had were with door locks. The locks on the sliding glass door, which is your main entrance into your room have so many issues. You can barely get the doors to lock. Then, if you actually get the doors to lock, good luck trying to get them unlocked to get out or back in. We spent so much time trying to lock and unlock our doors. It was absolutely ridiculous! And it wasn't just the front door locks that were an issue. The first time I tried to take a shower in the bathroom, I got locked in there for 45 minutes. I went in to take a shower, tried turning it on and it did not work (no water coming out, yet another issue with this place), so I grabbed a towel and tried to go out to change and find someone to try and fix the shower. This was the first time I was taking a shower in the room and had not closed the door all the way at this point. To my surprise/horror, when I tried to open the bathroom door to go out, the handle was super loose and would not turn to open the door. I was staying in this room by myself (my sister was in another room on the other side of the property), so there was no one to help me. I jiggled the handle for a long time trying to get it to open. Eventually, I turned it so hard it came off in my hand and the door still would not open. I ended up banging on the bathroom door for about 30 minutes screaming at the top of my lungs hoping someone would hear me. and come rescue me, which did eventually happen. Horrible stay here!

No infos about how to use the kitchen. Staff not always around to ask questions.

The rooms are superclean, spacious and nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable.The property just have an overall cozy vibe. Bathrooms also have a good layout so all the water stays in the shower area (which can be hard to find in Bali). We are coming back to Canggu in a few days and have already booked another stay at this place!

The only thing that can be a bit inconvenient is the road leading up to the place, its very bumbpy. But it didnt bother us that much!

The pool and the scenery was beautiful

Horrible service. I called the people numerous times but no one was present at the desk. There was no water in the room and I couldn’t shower. There was no toilet paper and so when I went to ask for more, no one was there at the reception.

Excellent pool that has the sun all day. The staff were really nice and allowed us to extend our stay and it was fantastic value for money
