Guests do not know how to clean up after themselves

My favorite place

zero room service for 5 nights stay. The hygiene awareness is poor. No replacement of towels for whole five nights. No response for the loss of power In Bali.

The room is big and cozy

The bath in the room was broken and I had a spider with his web living rent free next to the mirror

Great location quiet but still very central. The staff are so lovely. Will definitely return.

1) The location close to rice field is beautiful, away from busy streets but still very close to everything. Pepito in 4 min. 2) Furniture is new and looks very nice. 3) The staff was very friendly, cleaning everyday

The smell from the bathroom, old shower head, also bathroom was a little bit dirty.

Comfortable for short stay and value for money

The road to the property is really bad.. pothole and uneven.. hard for the motor and car to pass through it. The staff seems to be not much knowing about their surroundings. We also asked whether we can leave the luggage there because we plan to go for hike.. at first the staff said yes.. the next morning they said you can’t put your bag here because the owner having a party.. without prior telling us earlier, we have to find the place to put the bag and late for our hike
