I liked it’s location very convenient. Some of the staff are really nice

If you don’t get the grand deluxe room the other rooms are terrible. They smell like Mildew and floors were dirty and not a good layout of the room. The staff only gives you two towels and refuse to give you more than that. The water pressure sucks. And one day the water shutoff. After picking the standard room and then checking in and seeing how bad it was I sat on the decision and then went to get food and then when I got back which was last less than 2 hours I asked the staff I could upgrade my room. They gave me so Much attitude and were not pleased at all. They didn’t ask why I wanted to switch and I didn’t tell them since they were already irritated. Just seemed like they didn’t want to do more of their job. Honestly like I said only grand deluxe room or nothing.

La ducha funcionaba cuando queria, no nos hicieron la habitación ninguno de los dias, ni cambio de toallas para 5 dias, el aire acondicionado no baja mas de 18 grados, el grifo sale a chorro, solo hay una unica mesilla y no hay interruptores alado de las camas, lo cual hace que tengas que levantarte todo el rato.

I liked the location mainly but anything else was horrible

The pictures were nothing like what we walked into the room was in a very bad condition there was mold on the ceiling and the trash can was dirty from the outside the toilet was horrible it had an opening in the window that insect were coming from ! They said that the cleaning staff will come and clean every three days they never did actually i had to go down and ask for some new towels and toilet paper ! There was no phone to call reception so the water did shut down on my friend while she was taking a shower and i had to go all the way down !

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the bedroom was comfortable, and both the pool areas and the grounds were lovely.and fruit basket

What I didn’t like was the bad smell in the room. Strong air fresheners were used to mask it, but they were overpowering. I booked the room specifically because it had a bath, however I didn’t use it as it took a very long time to fill and I eventually gave up. The room was not made up daily, and I had to ask each morning for coffee and complimentary water. They should advise guests whether water needs to be purchased or is supplied. As they describe themselves as a ‘guest house with a difference’, I couldn’t really see what that difference was
