Staff was nice and hospitable.

When the address is input through the grab app it leads you to a different location. I had to switch to Google maps after arriving at the wrong destination. There is no escalator and I had a heavy bag which the staff was nice enough to carry up the stairs upon checking in. When I checked out I had to carry it down the long flight of stairs.

Great location with nearby restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and SPAs. In the heart of Canggu yet secluded and away from the noisy streets. Comfortable Beds.

Bathrooms are way outdated and need proper refurbishment with cleaner towels and amenities. Noisy construction site just facing the property making it very uncomfortable in the morning. Upper floor rooms are better than lower ones away from mosquitoes and loud neighbours.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Room well laid out. Staff friendly and willing to help.

Reception was mostly unmanned.

Organization of the staff. They didn't charge the room on the check in and they acuse us to leave without paying. They did us the check in and check out. They were present in booth occasions. We had to leave the money on another hotel and they picked up there . Confuse!

Very friendly staff. Very central and strategic location. Good value for the money you spend.

Bathroom is sometimes smelly, but you can close the bathroom room door. There was a Russian man on his phone all day long on the balcony next to me, doing business i guess (aren’t you on holiday???) But this wasn’t the fault of Sunkiest House ofcourse.
