"The location is quiet but not so convenient"

It has a lovely green garden and the location is very quiet. The hosts are helpful and the breakfast is good.

The property is a bit run-down. There was black mould on my towels. But for me, the main problem was the location. It’s a bit far to comfortably walk to the sights, shops and restaurants of Fort Kochi.

The owners were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. It was like staying with a family member. The breakfast was lovely each morning and the owners were so helpful as well.

The room was quite hot, even with the AC as it didn't go below 28

Everything, beautiful, peaceful, delicious breakfasts, lovely supper when we came in late the first night. Great location easy to explore Kochi from. Really felt like you were staying with a family. Thank you thank you.

"Little green paradise"

Walking from the road into the house you pass through a beautiful, lush garden. It felt like an oasis in the middle of town, and was really peaceful after somewhat hectic activity around Fort Kochi. The family was very warm and welcoming and gave us a very good orientation to the area. Morning breakfast on the top floor was also a relaxed and pleasant experience. No doubt we'd stay here again.

It is about a 20 minute walk from the house to the heart of Fort Kochin - which we enjoyed, but could have felt a bit out of the way if we didn't enjoy walking.

They are nice and clean, the AC is very efficient, it is cheap,

They need to restore it a bit. It was not possible to pay with credit card, there is no warm shower, the breakfast is annoyed by birds, it is not near shops,

"Warm Hosts, Delicious Indian Breakfast, and a Peaceful green Oasis"

Ashley and Shiva are lovely hosts who will give you a warm welcome and make sure you have everything you need and beyond to feel at home. We loved the breakfast - a selection of home-cooked Indian food at a fair price. There 's a huge covered roof terrace, loads of plants everywhere, a garden, and the place is tucked away from the main streets which makes it very quiet and peaceful.

Close to everything

No hot water for shower but Ashley had some one to bring us a bucket of hot water
