"I feel I've been deceived and scammed. NOT RECOMMENDED"

The location was ok.

They announce they have Cafeteria but it is permanently closed, they do not have WiFi, and they say the rooms have wardrobes but they don't exist, there are 4 drawers. The staff are not professionals: They couldn't wait 2 minutes for us to leave the stuff in our room before they came to knock in our door to sign the contract of stay (I guess because they needed to leave). If you don't arrive in the check-in time they will charge you an insane amount of money and won't even tell you. This is a SCAM and I really will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone that wants to spend some time in Cuenca.

Well located

Noisy difficult to sleepwith constsnt slamming of ftont door. We had about 4 hourssleep.wifi no connection..no brooms supplied to clean up room.a terrible smellin bathroom.
