La situación junto a la subida del casco antiguo

Pague por anticipado el total que me salía en la página y el día de checkout me cargaron en cuenta 76 euros. Y no se a cuento de que. He pedido explicaciones y no me contestan.

"Colchones fatales, por lo demás aceptable"

Ubicación muy buena y que tiene ascensor.

Colchón muy duro, poco cómodo. Se escucha la puerta de la calle cada vez que entra alguien.

"Aceptable: muy caro para lo que ofrece."

Buena ubicación en la parte baja del centro histórico y cercano a parada de bus si no se quiere subir caminando. Papel higiénico suficiente.

No había cafetería aunque hay sitios para desayunar a menos de 5 minutos del hostal. Llegamos a la hora estipulada del checkin, antes de las 16:00 (a las 15:30) y ya se iban. En la web de Booking no había posibilidad de poder elegir hora fuera de la estipulada 12:00-16:00. El primer día por la tarde-noche no había calefacción y la encendieron por la noche de madrugada. El segundo día la calefacción funcionaba bien. Las sábanas estaban viejas (con agujeros de desgaste) al igual que alguna de las toallas. Solo había una toalla de manos aunque éramos 2 personas alojadas. En pleno diciembre no estaban las mantas puestas en la cama, además tenían aspecto de no haberse lavado en años. Hasta en los albergues juveniles la ropa de cama tienen aspecto más higiénico (fundas para edredón nórdico solucionaría esto). La limpieza del baño aceptable pero el cristal de la mesilla necesitaba una buena limpieza, aspecto poco higiénico. En general, muy caro 152€ por dos noches para lo que es. Tuvimos que reservar aquí porque no quedaban más opciones de alojamiento a precio asequible.
