Franco and Elena are outstanding hosts, with such a welcoming and warm energy. The renovation they did of an old traditional house in Cuenca’s old town is phenomenal - done with love and taste. Great breakfast and excellent advice on activities in the city.

Absolutely perfect stay! The rooms are very cute and the garden/courtyard is super beautiful. The breakfast is so good and above all, Franco does everything to make your stay perfect and is really lovely. Perfect for a quiet stay in Cuenca.

There are some stays that leave a memorable impression and that’s exactly what I had at Hostal Suite Le Fabrique. Franco and his team are the absolute embodiment of hospitality. The property feels like an oasis in an already gorgeous city, and waking up with the best breakfast and service was the only way to start each day. I loved my stay so much that I actually extended my time after the first day. If you get the chance to stay at Hostal Le Fabrique, you will fall in love. Thank you Franco for the wonderful stay, I hope to be back one day.

Beautifully renovated building with lovely courtyard gardens. A little oasis of calm in the city. Easy walking distance to the city centre and very close to the tram stop for access to the bus station and airport. Franco was a delightful host who was very helpful and took very good care of us. Breakfast was excellent - cooked fresh and served to us. Our room was very comfortable and spotless.
