We had an exceptional stay at Tilehouse Lodge. ***** plus host, room was spotlessly clean, lots of extras supplied in the room - everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay. Quiet location - perfect stay and would highly recommend!

"Wonderful place with helpful staff."

Louisa was extremely helpful and attentive. There were some technical difficulties so our early check-in request did not go through but we were given tea and helped very quickly, getting our room a full 3 hours before official check-in times.

The new cleaner kept forgetting to refresh the used mugs and cereals. Luckily, Louisa made up for it by checking in to see that we had everything we needed.

"What a gem!"

What a lovely welcome we received from Louisa, and what a beautiful home they have! The jukebox in the hallway I'd so funky and retro, and everywhere was spotless. Our bedroom looked out to the front and rear and was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Our bed was very, very comfortable with good quality pillows and duvet. We slept very soundly. It is so quiet here. Our breakfast was served promptly at 9, a very tasty full English. We also had juice, fresh milk, yoghurts (in our fridge), and cereals, coffee, tea and sugar. Everything was spotless. Lots of little thoughtful touches have been added to make our stay more pleasant. Thank you both for a lovely stay, we look forward to coming back 😊 👏

"Warm home feeling"

It's a lovey warm and welcoming atmosphere with great people to help and show you around its a great location with something to do or like the quiet time you don't need a 5 star hotels when you have places like this and great for money as well I would go again 100% in the future I checked the pictures online And made great choice
