Déco marocaine authentique un vrai dépaysement.Le personnel et leur accueil étaient vraiment incroyables ils sont d'une gentillesse hors norme. La vue sur les montagnes est à couper le souffle, l'hôtel et la restauration sont dignes d'un bon 4 étoiles. On avait la piscine pour nous tous seuls au passage d'une propreté irréprochable le jardin est tellement bien entretenu c'est magnifique le calme et le repos assuré. Je reviendrai tout les ans tellement notre séjour est inoubliable. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse 🙏🏼

We loved the location and the outdoor areas of the property. It is very charming, typical and cosy. The food was good but nothing exceptional, it was actually pretty basic for the price we paid. The view from the room was exceptional, the outdoor area of the restaurant was also very charming. The pool was appreciated as the weather hit 40° celcius

Not a soap bar in the bathroom, the carpet was dirty, the fridge was unplugged (the room wasn't really prepared for us), the baby bed we requested when I booked wasn't installed and the TV never worked despite having them come and check it

Very poor English, the room was full of dog hair and bad smell. They changed the room which was without the carpet, so it was better. The young girl working there was very ignorant. We also didn’t enjoy the breakfast area.

Super comfortable. Booked a twin room and was upgraded to a double room each in a suite. Great comfy beds. Great place to stay and a nice pool.

The staff were excellent and the food was very good. View over the valley.

This spectacular property is sadly very run down. The rooms were musty, cluttered with too much old furniture. There was a very tired fridge and the cleanliness was poor. The execution of the bathroom, broken tiles, the boiler obstructed the door was not up to a standard that would be expected of such a prestigious property. Maintenance was slapdash with spilled paint on the balcony and splashes on the windows.

I booked this hotel as it seemed to be the best option in the area after a very long day of travelling and in need of sleep. It was fine for one night but offered no wifi, and the beds did not have covers. It was lucky I had a camping car and had my own duvet / covers to keep warm. The rooms themselves are a little tired but adequate . I think they may allow smoking, given the ashtrays inside the room, so they have a faint smell of cigarettes. Fine for night, but I also overpayed due to the MAD conversion, and they only take cash , not by much, but it was not the price I booked via booking.com. I can not comment on food or other facilities as I left early. It seems that many others have a better experience..
