"Unprofessional behaviour, tried to make up"

The facility apologized for their mistake & offered us one night free of charge. It did not fit into our plans & we did not use it

We had a confirmed booking but when we arrived, after dark, as announced, there was no sign of life at the property. We tried phoning, banging at the door, sounding the car horn but to no avail. We were lucky that at that late hour we could get another accomodation nearby but this was not the way to treat the guests. The facility then kept phoning us, after 11 PM! asking us to come as they were now in and the accomodation was available. They did appologize & offer a free night.

"good one night stop"

Property had lots of leisure activities; we used it as a one night stop; good food; glad to have air conditioning

cash is needed to check out (even though the charge was on my card)
