Clean and tidy

Too dark outside for a nonagenarian. Good discussion with lady owner on the subject though.

It was in a rural location, unspoilt by lots of new houses being built in the community.

I didn't know it was next to a train line. The trains finished running by 11pm, but start early in the morning. I had earplugs and should have brought them in, as being a light sleeper, the extractor fan woke me up when someone went to the loo and the train going by woke me up early. Although the property had wi-fi which worked fine, the TV signal was a bit dodgy when I turned it on. The extractor fan in bathroom which backed onto mine (I think it was the owner's accommodation) was quite noisy (as was the one in my room). The heating was on but, as it was quite cold outside and get cold easily, I kept my coat on in the room until I went to bed. It was a continental style breakfast, which I enjoyed. There isn't much to do in Dinton but local walking. The owner was helpful in showing me info on walks. However, as I didn't know the area, I didn't want to venture out. I did a long walk round Dinton Park. It wasn't a place for me really, but I'm sure others would enjoy the setting and area.

Clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. Very good breakfast. Recommended.

Location is in countryside. A bit of noise from train due to close line.

The rural location was lovely, we saw deer from our window one morning. The shower was very powerful. Adequat tea and coffee facilities were provided. The continental breakfast was varied, well presented and very enjoyable. The owner was very friendly and very helpful.

Some areas in one of our rooms could do with some maintenance, there was mildew on the grout and sealant in the bathroom, the light cord was very dirty. Some peeling paint.
