The facilities are ideally situated, just yards from the High St, and short walks to many of Dudley's attractions.

Once again issues with my payment. This time the deposit of £75 easy sleeps tried to take this from my bank using the invoice for payment for the stay of £59.94, so of course my bank refused the transaction as trying to deduct to much. It took nearly 3 hours to finally get this sorted, whilst I sat outside the property in my car. Had someone phoned me on my first request rather than my 4th request, as I could not get through to speak to anyone, this could have been sorted within the hour. I am.certai ly thinking of not using this fa elite again, as sin e they changed the forms beginning of last year, I have had nothing but payment issues since, either my payment isn't taken as no way to.enter my cvv on the form, or like this time now the deposit.I can do without the hassle, 3 hours of my life I will never get back. Also the heating was not working in my room, so very cold at night!
