A very friendly place at a good price.

When we first entered, the room smelt a little damp. So we tried to open the windows and it was a disaster: they jammed and we could barely close them again due to dirt and grit in the window slides. Please clean out those window slides and apply some oil/grease! Also - some other order-out options for breakfast would be good.

Staff are friendly, accomodating, approachable with sincere hospitality. I am very impressed that room are kept clean and well maintained even though the property has been quite some time. I do not have to wear slippers in the room as the floors are kept clean just like your own home.

The area are not as happening like Telok Lipat where there are a lots of local restaurants and stalls that we can venture out within walking distance. But I will definitely come back to Casa Tanjung Jara for accomodation as I am very satisfied with the room and staff service there.
