I like the location as in umhlanga.its a good spot near the mall

I didn't like the room description.The apartment is good for tenants, not for guests as it says guests' house.They need to improve attraction like making the family rooms.Not to divide children and a parent.

The images on bookings.com made it look like a nice place. However the fixtures are damaged. The place did not match the price. The people did not even expect me there the day I arrived. The walls of the room is not even a wall, , it is a type of hardboard or ceiling board. You can hear EVERYTHING the people next door is doing. It was the worst stay I have had and I will never go back or recommend it to anyone. I felt unsafe. Leaving was the highlight of the stay

Staff service very kind and helpful, Oh what a breath taking view and clean environment and rooms

It was a bit cold this past weekend and there were no blankets in the room

The staff are amazing, the laundry service offer was so welcome as the team were travelling to George from KZN. Thank you!

Main bed is great . Nice and quiet. Big tv , good internet

Needs maintenance. No cold water in basin. Toilet too squishy. Beds in kids room need to be replaced. Main bed room needs to be re done with a designer, as fridge has microwave on top of it and is a bed side table. Garden needs to be maintained, tree outside of the room was sick.
