The accommodation was modern with a comfortable bed and nice en-suite.

Location poor as no public transport - not made aware of this at time of booking. Approx one and a half miles to walk into town centre. Taxi service not reliable. There was no staff permanently on site. Continental breakfast poor. No fridge in kitchen. We bought orange juice (and fruit) and kept in small fridge in our room for our breakfast. Yogurts left in kitchen but, obviously, not cold. No kettle available until 4th day of our stay. Left 2 days early. Our bedroom also directly off the kitchen so noise from other people using kitchen early morning.

B&B El Duche was the first place I stayed during my first-ever visit to Italy and it was perfect for what I needed. I attended a wedding in the Florence region and needed a place where I felt I could leave all of my belongings safely, get ready comfortably, and easily access the train station - my stay at B&B El Duche far exceeded that. From the moment I arrived, the communication was great and Nadia even helped me locate a different taxi when the one in town was swamped with wedding guests. The place felt very comfortable to be in and I was able to work remotely in the common space and even do laundry. Would highly recommend to people looking to stay in Empoli!

Nadia was really kind and friendly, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and even prepared extra breakfast for us. The room was really clean, spacious and comfortable. The shared kitchen and dining area was great. Parking was really easy and the location is good to visit other cities as well.
