Tablas Seaview Homestay

The size of the suite, the fantastic view from the suite, the food in the restaurant, and the friendliness of the staff make this hidden gem a must-stay on the west side of Tablas Island!

Wifi could have been more stable in the room (but wifi stable in the resto) and stronger pressure in the shower.

The view is great and the location is quiet. Apartment was spacious which was perfect for me and my friend. The manager Andres was very hospitable and welcoming, sometimes went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His wife was also very friendly and helpful at times, especially allowing me to use her Hotspot so I could work on my laptop when the power went out. They also arranged an outing to a waterfall and nearby beach for the day.

Bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival but Andres remedied the issue quickly. Also, not necessarily a dislike as I am familiar with living conditions in Phillipines but for others, beware that there may be power outages and water shortages during your stay as this did occur during our stay. However, the staff does everything they can to make you comfortable if this happens.

Andreas and Olya, the managers, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout my stay. They arranged transport for me to attend my son's wedding and picked me up at the end. Olya is a great snorkeller and knows the best spots to do this. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The facilities met all my needs along with the amazing views from the hotel. They have a swimming pool, gym and sauna and jacuzzi on the top floor with amazing views all around. It was very peaceful and I would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. I know they would love it. The rooms are spacious and clean and many towels are provided. The menu choice is extensive and enjoyable too.

ABSOLUTELY my favorite in all Phillipines! Beats all of Boracay for exaple! Wonderful staff!1 The best Ive ever met anywhere. My favorite if the "Shakemaster" who made me shakes in the afternoon - especially after they added ice-cream after my request- Only bad things on the stay was the road into the place, leaves in the pool and forgot laying the bed from day to day- and new water in the room. But all of this was overwon by the wonderfull staff wich was very caring and wonderful all the way - and the most friendly staff Ive ever had in a hotelstay in my whole life ( travels 6 months/ year)....I cant wait til I come back next winter!!
