Hospedaje Don Pelayo

Amabilidad, fácil conexión con los responsables, buena accesibilidad, mucha limpieza y un ambiente agradable. La localización es muy buena, en el centro de Gijón, muy cerca de la plaza mayor, del puerto de la playa de San Lorenzo.

Todo estuvo muy bien, sobretodo la relación calidad-precio. Mención especial para el trato de la persona que atiende, que en todo momento fue muy amable.

Lo único a resaltar es que al ser muy céntrico, en las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal se siente mucho el ruido de los vehículos que pasan. Solución: tapones para los oídos.

La ubicación y limpieza. Estaba todo impecable

We asked at the reception the night before our departure if someone could help us call a taxi in the morning. The woman on duty assured us it was no problem and said the morning staff would take care of it. However, when we went to the reception around 5:30 AM the next day, the woman at the desk told us we had to call a taxi ourselves. We explained that we didn’t have a Spanish mobile phone and needed assistance. Only after we insisted—at which point her attitude became quite rude—did she reluctantly use her mobile to call a taxi for us. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering it was such a simple request. That’s why we gave the staff a low rating.
