個室であること、賞金がリーズナブルであること、様々な場所へのアクセスが良いこと。部屋数が５部屋であり、共用部での遭遇が少ない。

とても清潔だが、部屋が男性臭かった。 (シャワーは近隣の入浴施設を使用したため、シャワーの評価ができなかった。)

"Comfortable and pleasant stay."

Good location, not far away from Hakuba Station. Clean, comfortable bed , shared kitchen is well equipped, shower and toilets are clean. The washing machine is easy to use. The instructions for everything are very clear. The host is helpful and nice.
