This is a great 'homestay' style guest house. The hostess is exceptionally pleasant to talk to (although we are Japanese speakers so language was not a problem in our case).

We had a very pleasant japanese style homecooked dinner and breakfast cooked by our hostess. This style of meal may not be to everyone's taste, however. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the cooking of the hostess' husband, who we understand ran a japanese style restaurant for many years.

We had a perfect time here, we were a family of three with a 1 year old and the wonderful hostess made the visit fantastic for us. Great japanese cuisine, lovely upper floor which was exclusively ours during our stay. Genuine futon mattresses in a very spacious environment. We really had a lovely time here. Don't miss this gem if you're traveling through.
