All Seasons Gatwick Guest House

Check in was easy, however we did not get the room we booked (3 single beds and 1 double). When I questioned this I was told the room we had booked had just been given to someone else. We were offered to have an additional room for an extra charge, which we declined. We were then offered another room for free but we had to wait until midnight in case anyone else showed up. Not ideal when you have children. The room we had was extremely hot and the thermostats on the radiators were broken. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep so asked if the heating could be turned off, they had to turn all the heating off in the hotel. In the morning we had showers the bathroom was a little grimey and the shower was either scalding or freezing. It is extremely close to the airport and the staff were kind and tried to be helpful.

It's functional enough...provides a place to sleep if you are leaving Gatwick on an early flight...BUT...leftover rubbish under the beds...you can hear EVERYTHING in adjacent rooms...random bumps and knockings of an old house, plus snoring, farting, coughing, going to the loo, alarms going off.... says includes parking on booking.com...you will be asked for £7 in cash for that upon arrival...

It is close to the airport but you have to take a bus as you can’t walk to the airport. The property is very noisy and not very private
