"Good, with better potential."

Location is very close to the center, on a quiet street. The room was quiet and clean. The room view was quite nice, I could watch the sunrise over the city. They have a big courtyard and I could park the car inside at no expense.

The place is still under development, so some details are not yet settled. It was a bit cold in the room, apparently they have electrical heating in the floor. A few hangers in the closer, a hairdryer would be helpful.

the owner asked us to take out our shoes when entering the facility. the bathroom had nothing to hang out our stuff. when we arrived there were clothes hanged out to dry in front of the house and everything was heavily perfumed, which was very unpleasant. lots of mosquitos, little fresh air, no nets to the windows.
