Rooms are above bar&restaurant which is handy.

The view was amazing and it was clean

We were told 1 hour before "Hi there it's a ticketed event tonight and unfortunately just now we are at full capacity.. there a not any tables left just now for your family" after being told "Thank you for booking Harbour lights accommodation, I noticed you have booked over the weekend would like to make you aware that there is live entertainment on Friday and Saturday, this continues until 12.30 pm the noise carries and can be heard upstairs Hope this won't make a difference and we would love for you to come downstairs and enjoy" Making me think we would have been able to get food drink etc like you'd expect from a pub hotel without being notified of the event until it was full There was also a king size mattress on a double size frame so the soft near blanket mattress was overhanging the bed

Every aspect of my stay was spectacular. Staff were amazing, rooms were immaculate. And the food in the restaurant/bar below was amazing and affordable

That I had to leave.

Nothing to dislike

Good location and the staff in the pub were awesome. Room was clean.

My fault entirely as I should have looked but I was disappointed regarding the shared bathroom. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known. To be fair, the bathrooms were spotless.

Basic but adequate, everything worked, great view of river/harbour.

Noise from bar downstairs but was aware of this beforehand

Located less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station with various supermarkets a further couple of minutes walk. Once the pub closed at midnight there was hardly any outside noise. Fast WiFi, friendly staff who serviced the room during my 3 night stay. A nice view of the river

Window blind not the best at blocking out the light (leaked round the edges)

I loved the harbour view . Room was exceptionally clean . The price was excellent. I will tell family and friends about my visit to Irvine .

I liked everything.

Staff and location fantastic didn't love the stairs so just ready to get fit. 😀 Meals and meal deals awesome 👌
