"It is a very nice guest house.Metro station is very near.Safe security was very good.Felt like home :)"

Residential area with a few good food/drink spots nearby. I liked staying on the top floor here as it was quiet and ia lot of space on the roof. The room is a bit hot though, unless you open both doors for a draft. The aircon works too if you like that sort of thing. Family were helpful, but not so communicative, probably bored of visitors by now.

My only gripe is that there is no filtered water supply, such a hassle.

Location is prime point. Peaceful and economy comes next Friendly owner.

Could have been a tad better in amenities provided But considering the price point all things fall in place.
