After paying some 25k per night, I was expecting a premium hotel. I was shocked at the hotels decor, some cheap wedding decorations that the staff hadn’t bother to clean, my room was filthy, the pool was dirty, the staff were rude and food was sub. Bar this the rooms phone and TV did not work, the staff would enter the rooms without even knocking, the overall hotel is extremely poor in taste and service.

It's a beautiful place with all the heritage from Rajasthan and it's whole essence. Please pay a visit to experience it yourself. The food is wholesome and fulfilling. Whether you visit with friends, family or couple, it'll be a great experience.

I had organised a surprise for my husband's bday and I must say nothing could be better than this place for his special day. The place is splendour and has a very royal feel in it. I am quite impressed by the set up done by Neha & Piyush. They made sure this night becomes memorable for both of us. The food was also very good. I m relly happy with overall experience here.

Rose’amer is a must visit for any special occasion or when you want to unwind , chill & enjoy! We had a great experience with a beautiful ambience, great food & amazing service! The freshly made coconut jaggery ice cream is yummy!

Rosé Amer, the property and the staff are amazing. We all had such an amazing time there. Loved it. Place in itself is so beautiful and their friendly and generous staff made it an amazing visit for me and my family.

I organised surprise birthday dinner for my husband and the staff made it memorable. From surprise flower shower to personalised note and photo collage made it special. Food and hospitality was also excellent.

It is a private property located in the heart of the city. The ambience was very calm and peaceful. Our suite was Rose Romance located on the garden side and the view it harbours were great! We woke up to peacocks roaming around in our balcony. The suite we had was modern and large, dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff at the reception were attentive and helpful. If one is looking for a private personal experience, this is a go to place during the covid times as they entertain only one booking in a day. So you have the whole place to yourself. Hope you enjoy your stay as we did! 😊

I had hosted a birthday dinner at Rosé Amer, for my husband along with family and friends. It turned out to be the perfect place for that event as they had a private banquet room with an extended bar area attached. We had a total gathering of fifteen people. The room did not require additional decor as the interiors in itself were very vibrant and royal. The event was put together with the assistance of Mr. Piyush Bhati and head chef Mr. Virendra Singh Rathore. The food options chosen were a mix of North Indian and Continental cuisines. It catered well to the vegetarian and non-vegetarian palettes. Even the entertainment which was suggested by Mr. Bhati were superb. They were a band of three people. Their team of service staff was attentive and polite. They followed the Covid protocols to make it a safe environment for me and my guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place for hosting private events.

Every place has a story to tell, every place gives you lots n lots of memories but all of us wants that memories to be good and unfortunately we only end up with the worst experience of our lives. We were invited by the brides side to stay in the hotel. The hotel Rosè Amer promised us with the luxury stay and comfort but just disappointed us. We have been highly dissatisfied with the service extended by Rose Amer. Please note below all the key issues : 1. In the main reception, most food items as per the set menu weren't served. The food was kept for ~50 guests when there should have been arrangements for 125+. There were at least 4 items which never arrived in counters and just the empty containers were kept with tags. 3-4 items never got refilled after first serving. There were 4 mocktails in the menu which was never to be seen. Similarly for starters which was served as if there were 15-20 guests. Most of our guests kept waiting for food and finally left without eating. A lot of the items were just repeated from earlier functions to fill menu. Outside catering was not allowed just like any other luxurious hotel but they failed to serve the items from their own kitchen and most of the item were ordered from outside shops and restaurants and were served to the guests. 2. There were so few staffs that there was no one to service the guests. We were setting up the table, crockery etc ourselves. We had to wait literally 1-2 hours just to get tea / coffee. 3. None of our guests have taken a bath in two days because there has been no hot water. This is just appalling to say the least as something as basic as hot water wasn't available in a hotel of this standard. 4. In most of the rooms, fruit bowls and water wasn't changed on the second day. 5. The food items were half the time getting repeated and most items were missing across various meals. 6. No proper housekeeping was there, it was mainly the luxurious bathroom without proper maintenance and toiletries. No tissues, towels, tooth kits etc was there. No body to clean the wet floor. 7. Proper hygiene was not taken care, when asked for spoons, bowls etc, they gave the used spoons to our guests which left a very bad impression on all our guests. The magnificient interiors, the enormously big suites all of these only matter once you get basic amenities, food and house keeping right.
