位置地點，離老街很近，附停車位

水壓很小，蓮蓬頭壞掉也不換新，馬桶蓋沒有清潔乾淨，還有上位房客留下的血漬

"民宿地點就在老街入口，對面就是全家便利商店，樓下可以免費停車，很方便"

地點直接就在老街入口，一出門就能開逛開吃，連導航都省了！對面就是全家，半夜想喝飲料、吃熱狗秒解決，對夜貓子超級友善。 最加分的是樓下就可以免費停車！有開車的人一定懂，在熱門景點省下停車費和找車位的時間有多感人～ 整個住下來只有「方便」兩個字可以形容！

立地が良い。コンビニが目の前に2軒。バス停近い。タクシーも敷地内パーキングまで送迎してくれた。 荷物を持って1泊観光するならベストな宿。 シャワーブースに仕切りがあり、洗面所が水浸しにならない。

窓がない部屋で、換気扇がオフだと排水の臭いが充満してしまうが、換気扇をオンにすればすぐ解消された。

"好立地で女将さんも暖かい、素敵な宿でした。"

到着前からチャットを使ってフォローしてもらえる、到着後の設備の説明等、オーナーさんのホスピタリティが最高でした。日本語や英語が通じない方でしたが、それも現地の方とのコミュニケーション経験ということで楽しめました。 また九份の中心地にも非常に近く、夕方以降の人が増える時間でもふらっと訪れることができてかなり快適でした。15:00チェックインというのも良かったです。 19:00前後は目の前の道が人でごった返すのと、駐車場が車でいっぱいになって通るのに苦戦するのはご愛嬌。

バスマットの下に髪の毛が落ちていたのは少しマイナスも、民泊なのでご愛嬌という感じ。
