Retro Kampot Guesthouse

Exactly what I wanted, out of town, quiet. Easy to get to town 15mim $2 or rent your own bike. The food was amazing and I had a most meals here. No aircon in room but more than enough fans I had 3 inside and 1 outside The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Thank you so much Monika !!!!! I would have stayed an extra evening but the were fully booked

L’endroit est très bien géré par Monika et son équipe. La salle de bain partagée est propre, la chambre bénéficie de climatisation + ventilateur, le lit est confortable (pas aussi ferme qu’aux autres endroits du Cambodge). Monika s’occupe de tout pour vous faciliter la vie, scooters à 6$/jour pour explorer les environs, prêt de kayaks, réservation de bus pour votre prochaine destination… le laundry service est aussi très bien. Mais surtout, le service est digne d’un 4*. Ils nous ont même changé les draps après la deuxième nuit alors qu’on ne restait qu’une nuit de plus. beaucoup de plateaux de fruits offerts! L’eau potable est en accès libre service.

The hotel has a lovely well kept rustic feel to it. The staff were very nice and impeccably helpful. It is situated right on a river where you can going kayaking for free - I would recommend paddling down the river and going on a mini bar crawl :P One of my favourite stays in SE Asia. Would recommend

The call to prayer at 5am was a bit loud but the hotel has no control over that

Located outside of the city by a little creek with free kayaks to use. Really helpful with tours. Lovely little bar at directly opposite the lane with sunset views of the river and hills beyond. Delicious food with generous portions at the guesthouse. Laundry. Couldn’t fill up your water enough while you had your food. Women led resort and all very friendly. Loved the hammock on our terrace for afternoon naps. Highly recommend visiting Sabay beach restaurant up the road for higher end cocktails and delicious food with more sunset views. Tuk tuk waiting at the end of the lane so always quick for the grab app.

I like the quietness of the area. And the view is so superbbbbbbbbbbb. Especially the owner and staffs there they are very welcoming. I absolutely love it there

A comida era muito boa! Recomendo o panini vegetariano. O staff é super simpático e prestável. A guesthouse é muito bacana para relaxar e passar um bom tempo.

A única coisa que tenho a apontar é o facto do nosso lavatório ter um buraco e sempre que lavava as mãos, acabava a lavar os pés.
