The place is clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the host paid attention to small details — like providing a microwave, cutlery, and other essentials. The garden and parking space are big pluses. It’s a bit far from the Old Town on foot, but the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

Free parking, fast response by whatsapp or message, furniture is new inside. The room includes some essentials like mugs, a kettle, and cutlery, but the fridge didn't work during our stay, however it wasn't needed. Calling it a "kitchenette" is misleading. Saw washing machine but didn't use it. Has many supermarkets around. Easy self check in option.

The property is advertised as an "apartment," but it’s actually a room inside a house—more of a homestay than an independent apartment. While it has a private entrance, you’re still sharing the house with others, likely the owners. Another issue is the host’s attitude. Our feedback about the stay was met with unprofessional and rude responses, which was disappointing and inappropriate. It’s the first time we’ve experienced such hostility over honest comments. The value for money isn’t great. We’ve stayed in similarly priced rooms in Kaunas with better amenities, including real kitchenettes and more reasonable charges for extras like parking and pets. This property was sufficient for a short stay with free parking, but given the overall experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Soft bed, TV with possibility to use Netflix. Nice tea /coffee section. Good location, quick response from staff.

The plates, forks etc. weren't really clean, the rest was good.
