The serene environment is ideal for families. Our kids loved the place, and the hosts were exceptional. Huge thanks to Vanessa and hubby for the extra support they offered during our stay in Knysna.

All was good

We loved a lot of things from this house. We basically liked everything from how gorgeous the house and the rooms were- the main bedroom and bathroom were exceptional! The view was breathtaking and area itself was both quiet and extremely safe. The host Vanessa was one of the sweetest and welcoming hosts I’ve ever come across. She was always a phone call away whenever we needed assistance and ensured we were comfortable in her home at all times. She also went recommended a few spots we could visit to my our holiday even more memorable- we really appreciated this.

The miscommunication between the security, the host and us. Yes, the house was completely safe, however there were many instances where the security would not let us in because we did not live in that area even after we explained repeatedly that we booked Vanessa’s home. This was frustrating.

The room was clean

The room was inside the host house with the host present. We walk past the kitchen but could not use anything even the microwave. The house was not homely. The environment dictates and limit how you must spend your holiday. Can't even order food when you tired to go out. Maybe an outside room with a kitchenette would be better. Not inside the house with the presence of the host.
