Castle On The Heads

Everything! The staff were amazing, greeting us and showing us around, service was also fantastic. We got a nice gift as we were on honeymoon of champagne and chocolate. Zuré gave us some great recommendations for food and activities in the town. The room had the most amazing views of the Knysna heads, the sea front as well as the whole Knysna lagoon which was mind blowing as there’s pretty much 270 degrees of views. Will definitely be coming back to stay here as we both loved it!

As a coffee lover the only thing that was missing in the room was the option to make us a cup of coffee in the morning with sunrise. But this is small and I have absolutely nothing else to fault.

To those who reside in the heart before the room it wasn't an ordinary stay; it was a true journey of happiness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. The hotel is undoubtedly beautiful, but what truly made the experience magical was you. Every single member kindness, genuine smiles, and beautiful spirits. thank you especially for the joy you added to my little son's heart, [jaber]. You made him feel important and cared for, and his happiness was the greatest gift we could have received. The memories of his laughter at your hotel will remain cherished in our hearts forever. You don't just provide hotel service; you provide a warmth and a feeling of home that made us feel like we were among our family🤝😁

Breakfast was great, staff friendly everything at the Castle on the heads was mind blowing. It was 5 star living with views to die for. Will say at the castle again.

The staff, especially Zane, were world class and took care of our every need! The breakfasts were brilliant and the views...Castle on the Heads is nothing less than WORLD CLASS. We will DEFINATELY be visiting soon!!!!

Amazing place! Our room was large, beautiful with a breathtaking view. The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a tricky road upp to the castle, but once you’re there it’s worth everything. It’s not far from Knysna center, and it’s easy to go anywhere you want in the area.
