Breathtaking facility the views are just spectecular the Manager Lana is very nice and helpful the staff as well what an amazing experience thanks to the Castle on the Heads family and Knysna is just the best thank you.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Exceptional service, Lana and her team are simply the best. Excellent breakfast and the most beautiful view you can imagine.

The water pressure in the shower is very poor.

"Exceptional experience"

This was one of The Best places we have visited. As you drive up to the venue and you see the Castle, literally on the top of the Heads you get a feeling of being in another county. The view from our room is something you have to experience because no words will ever come close. The facility it self is also just an awesome setup. Friendly staff and they really made our stay something to remember. We have to thank Lana for her help and arrangements. She really did more that was expected and this added to a wonderful stay.

The only thing we can say was that there was no dinner option at the venue. Something they can look into. I have to say, the arrangement that was made for us to dine at another venue close by was an exceptional experience and does not take away anything of how we valued our time at The Castle.
