・スタッフが非常に親切だった。 ・ナガシマスパーランドまで歩いて行けた。 ・温泉の無料チケットをもらえた。 ・かわいい犬とカッコいい車がいた。

・髪の毛が落ちてるのが気になった。 ・防音性はそこまで高くなく、隣の宿泊者の声が聞こえてきた。 ・近くに24h営業のコンビニがなかった。

It was hard finding the location as the maps and GPS didn’t work well. This was especially so if you’re driving in at night as the whole area was not well lit. The room was spacious but we were a little surprised that the private bathroom mentioned in the listing was actually outside the main building in a different building altogether, and not attached to the room. Being more expensive than a normal hotel, the whole experience left us somewhat disappointed.

We are a party of 2 adults and 2 kids, and booked for 2 nights. The room is barely enough for the 4 Tatami beds and to open the door. In room description on the booking site, it says ‘private bathroom’. From usual logic, this means the bathroom and toilet is INSIDE your room. HOWEVER, the truth is there is ONE shared bathroom for 5 rooms on 2/F. My room (and all other guest rooms) is on 2/F and the bathrooms are on 1/F and OUTSIDE the building, next to the parking spaces. It’s winter time (2-5 degrees) and my kids need to go outdoors to reach the so-called private bathroom (they numbered each bathroom to each room to call it ‘private’). You can imagine the coldness when we go to bath. My family and I could not accept the fact of being deceived by the room description, and decided to checkout early. I talked to the owner the other day and expressed my concerns politely. Verbally, he agreed to let us leave early and refund the second night. He lied and sent us a message afterwards that he had decided not to refund. I would strongly recommend not to book this hotel.

Owner was very accomodating, even driving us back to Nagashima Resort :)

Just to set the expectation, this is a guest house, not a hotel. Rooms were on the 2nd floor and the private bathrooms are outside in the next building on the 1st floor instead of being in the room. There is a shared bathroom to pee on the 2nd floor but if you want to have a bath, you'll have to go to the 1st floor. The kitchen is ok, he had water boilers and microwaves that's for sharing with the other room. The host himself is a really really cool guy with a garage filled with an F1 car and Lamborghini. He also offered to drive us to Nagashima Spa Land and to the nearest station when we checked out which was really kind of him. He is also really friendly and had a short chat about what he did for a living, etc. They have a washer and dryer unit at the 1st floor but you'll have to pay to use it.

Because it is a guest house, the walls are pretty thin and we were able to hear the people in the room next to us, even the conversations they had and snoring.
