it's safe and very relax

the kitchen only opens at 8 so not very pratical for early activites! the bathrooms and showers are also pretty bad :(

SunSet, mantiene un ambiente muy agradable, las chicas y chicos de recepción son muy amables e igualmente Sol y Mariano son personas excepcionales... Muchas Gracias y volveremos pronto....

Les pièces communes sont très bien faites pour rencontrer les autres voyageurs et échanger. Nous nous sentons comme à la maison. J'ai fait de superbes rencontres et pu faire des activités avec les autres voyageurs. Il y a de très belles choses à faire aux alentours. J'ai également rencontré des voyageurs qui sont venus plusieurs fois dans cet hostel et qui reviennent à chaque séjour, et je comprends pourquoi. Merci pour tout ❤️

Le fait que le frigo et les étagères de nourriture ne soit pas accessibles avant 8h. C'est important à savoir quand on a une excursion et que l'on doit partir tôt. On se fait avec la première fois mais après on s'organise ☺️ Sinon tout était ok.

I stayed in one of the private rooms with a private bathroom and had the perfect mix of privacy and still getting to know other people. The hostel is cozy and chill. The Malecón is reachable in 10 minutes on foot to watch sunsets and have dinner. The staff was friendly, eager to help, and organized little get-togethers in the evening. They also invited everyone to eat pan de muertos and add something to their altar during the days before dia de muertos.

- The water pump is super annoying. Starting with the first person taking a shower in the morning, the water pump starts humming really loudly for a few seconds every few seconds. One night it just did that non-stop for the whole night. - I rented a bicycle for two days and one of the staff removed the lock after day one. I headed out early on day two - before the staff arrived - so I had no lock, which was annoying. They also told me that the key would be on the counter in the morning on day one, but it wasn't. Overall a bit chaotic. - Previous reviews said that there was a water dispenser, but apparently it broke or something, so there is no water dispenser anymore, just letting you know. The owner provided me with water during my stay, but I think that was some special treatment, maybe because I was in a private room. - Not the hostel's fault, but the neighbors are a bit loco and have a party every other day.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de los “voluntarios” que trabajan en el hostel. Muy simpáticos y atentos.

Necesita una inversión para mejorar las infraestructuras, baños, duchas, habitaciones y las puertas se deshacen, están que se caen. La “piscina” es un criadero de bacterias.
