poor appearance of the room furniture looked as though it had been pur purchased at ajumble sale electrical fittings not connected steep outside stairs to room slippery not suitable for anyone with mobility problems

Max the owner was great and the room well decorated. The restaurant was also good and the oustide space a nice place to be on a warm evening.

The room was almost within a basement and so had no view from the window. Bathroom door was split, so hard to close.

The location was smack in the middle of everything lerici has to offer, in a small side street off the harbour with everything on your doorstep . The rooms are secure with coded entry, lovely spacious room, large comfy bed , wonderful powerful shower and plenty of wardrobe space. A fridge for all your essentials like water, beers for the beach etc and a hairdryer too 👌 The side street is busy with restaurants, cafes etc but not too noisy that you can’t sleep . Wonderful hosts who work very hard at making your stay a happy and stress free one .

The only downside is the initial entryway into the building, it is very dark and not what you would expect… the stone staircase is beautiful and a bit of tlc it would be far more welcoming. There are no water glasses provided and only 2 x complimentary tea bags …. No coffee ☹️

Great location , clean room and comfortable- importantly had good wifi and air con Host was welcoming and very helpful - easy checkin Highly recommended

Loved my room, frescos on the ceiling, beautiful tile, bed was comfortable.

Hallway lights need a little help.

Wonderful little place with its own restaurant in a garden inside. Max was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely look into staying again and recommend to others.

Lerici is a small village with many people so there is little to no parking. But the parking lot is not far, only about a 5 minute walk and also right along the beach so it’s still convenient.
