"Noise unbearable"

Price was cheaper than other structures

The noise was unbearable, even with windows closed and earplugs (provided in the bedroom) it was like trying to sleep in the middle of a concert, the noise went on til 6am

"Not for average adult but partiers could crawl back to their room with ease"

I did like that the location was close to many places I wanted to visit

LOUD. There was at least one hostel across the street and at least six bars within 100 feet of the property. The bars stayed open until well after 1:00 am, and the patrons did their best to prove that each one could be louder than the next. In addition, it was 42 stairs up to my room in narrow hallways. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

the lady who manages this residence is very nice and sociable, very good stay spent in this residence which I strongly recommend. everything is nearby, no need to go further to enjoy the atmosphere.
