Nada.

No es un hotel. La dirección no es la que aparece en la página. El pago no es reembolsable. No esta clara la información con respecto baño es compartido. Solo estuve una noche de paso. Me tarde 2 horas para poder comunicarme con la persona que lleva el lugar, y no podía darme una dirección exacta. La cama incómoda. El baño lo más feo que eh visto

o quarto do anúncio não tinha nada a ver com o quarto em que foi apresentado para nossa estadia, o quarto em que ficamos eram 2 camas de solteiro, bem baixas, com um colchão super fino (dava para sentir a madeira da cama), super desconfortável, e sem ventilador. Alugamos o quarto por achar que estávamos pagando pelo que estava aqui anunciado. E não foi bem assim.

Fine location, decent room, easy access.

Bathroom had some smell, the kitchen was shared (which was not obvious when renting it).

The address provided on the website was not the right one. We walked endlessly pushing our suit cases before finding out from the manager it was in in the opposite side of that neighbourhood. When we arrived, it was not a hôtel but someone renting her rooms. The ‘so called suite’ was a poorly furnished bedroom. The toilets hadnt been flushed, the hygiene was poor. Absolutely not worth the price we paid for it.

The location was great. I never saw other guests and rarely heard them. It felt very safe. Checking into the place was easily done over the phone, but could also have been sent in a message.

It was very hot and the fan provided seemed and sounded like it might fall apart or catch on fire... There were lots of mosquitoes around too. There was lots of food in the fridge and cupboards with no instructions of what could and couldn't be used. I wasn't 100% sure that the bedding was used or if the bed was just really poorly made up by the cleaning staff.

Location was fine, but it was pretty much the only good thing about the property.

Cleanliness is questionable. Bathroom was filled with razors and other used items that should not be shared. The control of the lights was broken, and multiple switches were disassembled. The window could not be open and closed safely - the person who received us on behalf of the host had a rough time trying to close the window, and I didn't dare to open it again. Sound isolation is terrible, even for a 5th floor. The lack of curtains mean that light can go through at anytime, even if you close the available window blinds. Addressing non-property related items, not only does no one answer your queries or messages on Booking, but they also send additional messages that are illegal (namely a message stating that you need to pay an extra at the property for the city tax), and then blame it on "Automated Messages". Last, but not least, they seem to have extreme difficulty in issuing an invoice, for which I'm still waiting more than two weeks after my stay.

El baño sucio esponjas allí a saber de quién, poca toalla ninguna pa sacarse mano o cara,suelo sucio y encima te cobra 10€ más por la noche dice quien a visto eso cuando llegamos ante ke ella allí esperamos 25 min y me cobra encima en vez de descontar flipando y la mesa sucia al lado de la ventana
