The location is amazing. However difficult to find without the correct information. And it's also a safe area.

It was a last-minute booking, and it took me around one hour to find the place when I was only 5 minutes away. Plus, o was charged €10 for the late check-in. I'm not sure it the place has 4 or 5 rooms but only one bathroom for all the guests. Also, only one fridge is in use because the other one is broken. There was some clean bedding in the wardrobe, but only one single towel left on the bed on arrival(to dry body, face, and hands). Too warm and a little static fan on the table, no air conditioning.

I would not recommend this accommodation. It’s not a hotel as advertised, but rather a room in someone’s actual home, which wasn’t made clear in the listing. The location details were vague, and when I tried to contact the host for clarification, it took over an hour to get a response—only after I reached out to Booking.com. There was no privacy at all. The bedroom had no lock, and disturbingly, someone entered our room during the night without knocking or asking. This made both me and my niece feel extremely unsafe. Additionally, the bathroom had visible mould, which added to the discomfort. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and not what we expected or felt comfortable with.

It was very convenient for the purpose of my visit. The location was at a walking distance to the venue of the Forum I had to attend.

The last day I had a problem with the access. The front door access pad was removed for maintenance but the host rapidly provided a key for the main door.

When I arrived, didn't have water in the bathroom, for about 2, when I left, the bath room wasn't very cleaned as it was a shared bathroom. On the following day, I called the staff member, did not answered and not even replied, therefore, I can't rate the staff.

The state of the room was unlike it was pictured online. There was no terrance. Everything except for the room itself is shared. The shared and private facilities were unsightly. The bathtub was covered in mold. There were stains on the pillows and hairs all over the bed sheets. My partner and I were so uncomfortable we unfortunately left without getting photos. The owner refused even a partial refund for either night of our two night stay.

The room was very old but Ok.

The check-in staff was unprofessional about check-in (provided an incorrect address) and then did not take my phone calls or messages to correct the address. I had to find and sleep in another hotel during the night. They met me the next day and then refused to speak to me about a refund for the first night. For any kind of hotel this seems very strange. There was no offer to make up for the error and I showed them chat transcripts where they had provided an incorrect address and I explained myself fully. They said they don’t know and they’ll speak to the night staff. And then ignored my follow ups. Sad :(
