The room and kitchen were clean. Easy entry into the facility.

No air conditioning, it was too hot to stay and sleep. The walls are thin and you can hear everything through them. The house is located on a hill and it's not a good position because you're going uphill/downhill every time.

the terrace next to the kitchen, a nice place to drink a morning coffee

it has nothing to do with the owner but with the other roommates. I had the room opposite the kitchen and it was noisy both at 12 a.m. and at 4 a.m. which is about respect for others. I think we should all think about it when we do this
