Bagno con la porta che resta parzialmente aperta, quindi poca intimità

La atención al cliente fue exquisita y el trato bastante bueno. La limpieza tambien era bastante buena.

Que no había ascensor para subir a la planta

Personale gentilissimo, all’interno della stanza c’è tutto il necessario e la posizione è veramente top, tutti i luoghi di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con i mezzi che passano a pochi passi dalla struttura!

The hostel was located in a perfect location near to public transport, restaurants, and many iconic sights. The check in process was smooth and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We stayed in a private room, and our bed was made we were provided clean towels every day. Check out was very easy, we left at 4:20 AM and it was no problem

The room we were in was near to reception and the door was thin so we could hear a lot.

Location excellent and price reasonable. Staff v helpful & welcoming esp the night porter. I enjoyed looking on at what was going on the street.

I didn't notice the property was up 2 flights of stairs when I booked, but staff helped me with my case. I expected an e-s bathroom; toilet nearby but not in room. My room was a little shabby. I noticed others had been renovated.
