Overall, my stay was mostly comfortable. I think the accommodation offers what you would expect for the price, and for me the location was very convenient. It's close to supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, and also near the river, which makes it nice for walks. Check-in was kinda easy, as I was contacted a few hours before arrival with all the necessary details and access codes. I found it simple to enter the building and find my room. The bed was clean and comfortable, and i had a private bathroom This place is not a hotel or a hostel, so it is better to think of it as a large apartment with private rooms. Because of that, you should not expect services such as regular cleaning or towel changes during the stay. For me, this was not a problem.

There is no reception desk, so communication happens mainly before check-in and check-out. I personally found communication a little difficult outside of that. I also found it a bit unusual that access to my room did not have a lock from the inside. The room looked slightly different from the pictures. For example, there was no main light, but instead a stand lamp. The bathroom also did not have a door, and there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. In addition, the walls are very thin. There were also many airplanes passing overhead, probably because the accommodation is near an airport. Of course, that is not the fault of the accommodation itself, but it is worth mentioning for people who are very sensitive to noise or smells.

The location is nice, with many very good restaurants around and close to the big bridge which is nice for walks.

SCAM, BEWARE! As pointed out in other reviews, the rooms are full of big black mold (so it wasn't fixed as the response said) - you can even smell it when entering the front door. I was offered another room, but it was even worse: the mattress was wet and full of mold. I immediately left and asked for a refund - the host did not respond anymore and therefore I now lost 480€. So please see this as a warning, as mold is very dangerous for the health, can have long lasting effects and even lead to chronic disease. P.s. Booking.com gave me 80€ instead of a full refund, so that was not very helpful either.

Venho por este meio apresentar a minha insatisfação relativamente à reserva que efetuei através do Booking. As imagens e a descrição do anúncio não correspondiam à realidade que encontrei ao chegar ao local. Pelas fotografias, dava a entender que a sala seria privada e de uso exclusivo, no entanto, apenas tínhamos acesso ao quarto. Em momento algum estava claramente indicado que se tratava de um hostel ou que os espaços seriam partilhados. Se essa informação estivesse devidamente explícita na descrição, a minha decisão de reserva teria sido diferente. Considero que faltou transparência no anúncio, o que acabou por criar uma expectativa completamente distinta da realidade. Agradeço que analisem esta situação e me deem um retorno o mais breve possível.

ara além de existirem infiltrações, as fotos não correspondiam à realidade, o quarto não era o mesmo das imagens e as camas tinham panos a segurar as pernas.

Conforto e localização

Não tem limpeza diária, o caixote do lixo ficou cheio no primeiro dia, o restante dos dias não tínhamos onde meter o resto do lixo (no quarto)
